Usage Licence

1. Scope of the licence

Frame Interview grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform and its features for personal interview practice purposes.

2. Rights granted

The user may:

  • Access and use the interview scenarios available on their plan
  • Review and save AI-generated feedback and transcripts
  • Use interview feedback for personal career development

3. Licence limitations

The user may NOT:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell Frame Interview's scenarios, prompts, or AI-generated content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AI models or platform logic
  • Use the service to build a competing product or derivative service
  • Share account access or credentials with third parties
  • Use the platform for automated, bulk, or commercial coaching services without written authorisation

4. Nature of the service

The user acknowledges that:

  • Interview feedback is generated by artificial intelligence and is not a substitute for professional career advice
  • AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies
  • Frame Interview does not guarantee specific career or employment outcomes

5. User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

  • How they use the feedback and content generated
  • The accuracy and appropriateness of what they submit during sessions
  • Complying with applicable legislation in their jurisdiction

6. Frame Interview's rights

Frame Interview reserves the right to:

  • Use aggregated, anonymised session data to improve the service
  • Remove content or suspend access in cases of misuse
  • Update or modify features and scenarios at any time

7. Termination of the licence

The licence terminates automatically if the user breaches these terms or misuses the platform. Termination of the licence does not entitle the user to a refund of any unused subscription period.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is". Frame Interview does not guarantee specific quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of errors in AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of liability

Frame Interview shall not be liable for damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated feedback, missed professional opportunities, or economic or reputational losses arising from use of the service.

10. Relationship with the Terms & Conditions

This licence forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of Frame Interview. In the event of conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
