2.4 Payment data

Payments are processed through Stripe. Frame Interview does not store complete card details.

3. Purpose of processing

We use data to:

  • Provide the AI interview practice service
  • Manage user accounts and session history
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Improve the service and user experience
  • Prevent fraud and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of:

  • Contract performance (use of the platform)

5. Use of AI and content processing

  • Session content (audio, transcripts) is processed by AI systems to generate feedback.
  • Frame Interview may use usage data in aggregated and anonymised form to improve the service.
  • We do not use identifiable personal content to train our own models without explicit consent.

6. Data retention

  • Account data: while the account is active
  • Interview transcripts and session data: retained for service functionality; may be deleted on request
  • Legal/fiscal data: as required by law (5–10 years)

Frame Interview may delete data earlier for technical or operational reasons.

7.2 Legal obligations

Public authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases we apply standard contractual clauses and ensure adequate levels of protection.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability.

The service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.
