Frame Interview is a digital platform that allows users to practise job interviews through AI-powered roleplay scenarios in English and Spanish.

The service may include:

  • AI-guided interview simulations
  • Voice-to-voice interview sessions
  • Performance feedback and summaries
  • Premium features (monthly interview credits, advanced scenarios, etc.)

Frame Interview does not guarantee specific outcomes, job placement, or results from using the service.

3. Registration and account use

  • The user must be over 18 years of age or have legal authorisation.
  • They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, automated, or unlawful use is prohibited.

Frame Interview reserves the right to suspend accounts without prior notice if misuse is detected.

4. Economic model (payments and subscriptions)

4.1 Plans and credits

Frame Interview offers free and paid subscription plans with monthly interview credits. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where legally required.

4.2 Prices

Prices may vary by region, promotions, or user type. Frame Interview may modify prices at any time.

4.3 Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 The platform

All software, design, brand, scenarios, and content of Frame Interview is the property of the company.

5.2 User-generated content

Transcripts and interview recordings generated through the service are associated with your account. Frame Interview does not claim ownership of your responses.

5.3 Limitations

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise Frame Interview's scenarios, prompts, or AI models without express written permission.

6. Acceptable use

It is strictly prohibited to use Frame Interview to:

  • Generate or share illegal content
  • Impersonate other individuals or organisations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy AI models or scenario content
  • Conduct automated or bulk usage beyond normal personal use
  • Circumvent subscription limits or payment mechanisms

Frame Interview may remove access and block accounts without prior notice.

7. User content

The user is responsible for the content they submit during interview sessions. Frame Interview does not act as a prior editor or moderator of user inputs.

8. Data deletion and storage

Interview transcripts and session data may be stored to provide the service. Users may request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of liability

Frame Interview is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not responsible for:

  • Misuse of AI-generated feedback or interview content
  • Indirect damages or loss of professional opportunities
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
  • Loss of session data or content

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

11. Data protection

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR (EU).

12. Termination of service

Frame Interview may suspend or close accounts and interrupt the service wholly or partially. The user may stop using the service at any time.

These terms may be modified at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute: courts of the user's domicile (if EU consumer) or courts of the company's domicile.
